2. Location Convenience: The selected hotels are either within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport to the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), where the event will take place.
3. Extended Validity: The special rates are available for stays extending up to three days before and three days after the official Meeting dates.
4. Booking Outside Meeting Dates: For accommodations outside this period, attendees should contact the secretariat at admin@semsasm.com. Rooms are subject to availability.

Hotel Accommodation Terms & Conditions

The information for hotel accommodation near the Society for Emergency Medicine (Singapore) Annual Scientific Meeting 2025 (SEMS ASM 2025) is as follows:

• Booking Process: Use the “Book Now” link provided by the Housing Bureau to make reservations at the listed hotels. The hotel charges will be applied directly by the selected hotel.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking confirmation number will be issued by the hotel immediately upon completing the booking and payment process through the provided web link.
• Payment Details: Reservations require credit card details, and rates exclude a 10% service charge and 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST), or other applicable government taxes at the time of billing/payment. Breakfast is not included in the rates shown.
• Check-in/Check-out Times: Official check-in time is at 1500hrs. Check-out time varies between 1100hrs and 1200hrs. A 50% charge applies for check-outs before 1800hrs, and a full day rate is charged for check-outs after 1800hrs. Check-in and check-out times may vary by hotel; confirmation notes will specify the times.
• Arrival and Extra Nights: If arriving before the standard check-in time of 1500hrs, an extra room night reservation is recommended. This extra night must be explicitly booked or requested in writing from the hotel.
• Late Check-out: Inform the hotel upon arrival if a late check-out is needed. The room key will need reactivation for late check-out.
