Registration
Due to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) policies, all delegates are required only to register online.
Main Registration Fee
- All delegates must strictly follow all the instructions to pay all fees (in Singapore Dollars) before they are allowed to enter the conference & exhibition hall.
- The registration fee will not be subject to any tax (GST), and if payment is made by credit card, the clearance fee is included.
- Full-day registration includes two (2) tea breaks and one (1) lunch and entry to the exhibition hall.
- All registration fees does not include Conference Dinner (if any)
Pre-Workshop Registration Fee
- Registration for all pre-workshops is only permitted when participants sign up for the main conference.
- Pre-workshop cancellation by Organiser
The organizer reserves the right to cancel any pre-conference workshop if the number of sign-ups falls below the expected level. In such cases, a full refund will be issued 30 days after the main conference ends.
Student Registration Fee
Students are required to upload a scanned copy of the student status proof (e.g., a letter issued by the school or the matriculation card) at the end of the registration process. The proof document must be in English and contain minimally the following information:
- Student full name.
- Student matriculation number (student ID with photo).
- Expiration date (Expiration/Expected graduation date should be later than the conference date).
- The letter is issue and sign/endorse by the University Department head and written on the University’s letterhead.
Confirmation of Registration
- Once payment has been cleared, you will receive a confirmation via email.
- Please include and state your email address clearly during the registration process.
- To expedite the collection process on site, please bring along your registration confirmation letter to the registration counters the Foyer of the Ballroom as proof of your payment and registration.
Language
The official language is English. No simultaneous interpretations will be available.
Terms and Conditions for Payment
Payment by credit card, local cheque, inter-bank transfers and telegraphic transfer/WIRED:
- Based on the procedures stated below, all registrations must be fully paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- All payments paid by credit card MUST be made online.
- All local cheques or telegraphic transfers (TT/WIRED) should be made payable to the “ACE-SEMS2025” in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- For local cheque or telegraphic transfers (TT/WIRED):
- Please indicate the registrant’s name on the back of the local cheque before sending it to the SEMS ASM 2025: Meeting Secretariat
- Please indicate the registrant’s name on the front of the Telegraphic Transfer (TT/WIRED) advice after payment has been made and either email or mail the advice to the SEMS ASM 2025: Meeting Secretariat.

About Payment Transaction Clearance Charge & Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Society for Emergency Medicine in Singapore (SEMS)
- There will be no GST charge as SEMS is not GST-registered.
- For payment made by credit card, the admin clearance fee of 6% is exclusive to the rate.
- For payment made by local interbank transfer, there will be no bank transaction clearance fee.
- For payments made via outward Telegraphic Transfer (TT/WIRED) from a foreign bank, delegates must include a bank transaction clearance fee of SGD 60.00 per transaction in the total amount payable to “ACE-SEMS2025.” If there is a shortfall due to the omission of this fee, the outstanding amount must be settled before your registration is considered complete.

Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellations and Refunds (Main & Pre-Conference Workshops)
- There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation after
- Any cancellations and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Meeting Secretariat by Friday, 29 November 2024, all approved refunds, less 50% of the paid registration fee and bank administrative fee will be made 30 days after the conference ends and no refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, 29 November 2024.
- Alternatively, a name change on the registration is allowed before Friday, 31 January 2025. Notification for the name change must be submitted in writing to the Meeting Secretariat

Respecting and keeping your data safe is of utmost importance to us. Please be assured that if your personal data is collected, use, or disclosed for the organization and execution of SEMS ASM 2025; we will protect it as required under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant legislation.
In addition, the SEMS ASM 2025 Organisers and its Organising Secretariat will periodically send e-mailers to all delegates regarding activities at the SEMS ASM 2025 or other communications that may be of interest, unless otherwise explicitly stated indicated by the delegate on the registration form.
Suppose a delegate has opted to receive newsletters/e-mailers; he/she can opt out at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” option. Please note that information and updates about SEMS ASM 2025 will not be sent to the delegate by opting out. It is the duty and responsibility of the delegate to check the website or write to the Conference Secretariat regularly for updates.
